My journey from Skinny to Swole

Hello everyone. Just thought I'd introduce myself after lurking the forums for a bit. My name is Tim. I'm 32 years old. Up until around 5 months ago I was not really into fitness. I was always the tall skinny, lanky guy. I'm 6'1' and when I finally decided it was time to gain weight, I was 129lbs. Upped the diet from around 1000 calories a day to around 3500-4000 and started doing compound lifts through a 5x5 program at home and got to 146lbs. That was a month ago.

It was around that time that a friend introduced me to sarms. Luckily he was introduced to SARMSX and referred them to me. I did some research and figured I'd try a 12 week cycle of LGD and see how it went. Purchased my sarms from SARMSX and will continue to purchase from them in the future. Today marked my 4th week on LGD and I'm pretty pleased thus far. Weighing in at 152lbs. I have a noticeable increase in thickness/widening of my back. chest is starting to grow and thighs getting a bit bigger. Arms are growing the slowest but I know progress comes with time. Still have a long way to go but Its all pretty exciting after having been super skinny my whole life and very motivating.

Today I actually purchased an additional 8 week stack of RAD, GW, and S4 to compliment the remaining 8 weeks of my lgd cycle, along with a mini pct for the end. After the PCT I'll likely purchase another full 12 week stack of LGD, RAD, GW and S4 to get the whole cycle of them all. Also instead of doing only home workouts, I'm also going to the gym with a few co-workers and definitely maximizing my workouts so I'm excited to see the results of the whole stack! Just thought I'd share my journey and will plan to update it here as time goes by.

Always good to see such enthusiasm and passion for the iron. Welcome to the brotherhood! You are definitely on the right path and I'm sure we all here look forward to updates from you on your progress in the weeks and months to come. Welcome to the family.

lgd/S4/Rad and Gw is probably the most kick ass stack there is. I would suggest though you run the S4 and rad 12 weeks though, just let the lgd run out(@12w) and stop the gw at 3 weeks before your cycle ends. Then start gw again for PCT.

Running rad and S4 at 8 weeks is just leaving gainz on the table. You havent gotten the full effect of either. What I stated above, is almost to a T what I did 4 weeks into my first cycle when I changed it.

I'd also suggest the last 3 weeks of your cycle you add DAA, as this stack can be fairly suppressive. I do wish I'd done that for mine though, I didnt know about that then.

The above represents solely my opinion, and what I did for my cycle.

Thank you for the warm welcomes!

jp1957- thank you for the tip on d-aspartic acid. I'll definitely incorporate that! I do realize running 8 weeks of rad and s4 is only 2/3 of a cycle, however I just want to add an extra kick to the remainder of my lgd cycle. As unorthodox as it is. I do plan on doing a full 12 week cycle of all of them after the pct.

Welcome to the forum bro! Always good to hear about someone making progress and getting gains! Also good to hear your eating enough to fuel the growth. Keep us updated.

Thank you for the replies and motivation!

Heres a new update:

Still making gains. At 156lbs now. The lean mass gained from the rad, lgd, s4 and gw is pretty awesome. During the whole cycle the only sides experienced was a bit of back acne and the night vision/yellowing from s4. Nothing else so thats good. Ive got about a month left on this cycle, then pct will begin, which i have some DAA ill begin taking about 3 weeks prior, and then a bottle of clomid and Gw. Since starting ive gained close to 30 lbs. On july 17th i started tracking weight on the MyFitnessPal app and i was 134lbs then, so I've gained 20lbs since then which I'm pretty stoked about. I'll keep up the hard work at the gym and keep posting updates.

Wow. Incredible results bro! That is truly impressive. You've made some phenomenal gains and progress. Thank you for the update. I'm glad the sarms treated you so well

that truly is an amazing amount of size but some of that is due to just being undersized and eating properly however sarms can be very powerful if utilized properly and the s4/lgd combination is a flat out start... plain and simple... adding in rad and gw sets it off... its beautiful

My bad, let me clear up some confusion in my last post... since starting working out and eating properly, i gained close to 30lbs total. While on sarms I'd say I've gained somewhere in the neighborhood of the average amount for sarms; 10lbs or so, maybe a little more due to *some* fat being replaced with lean mass. If i recall correctly, i was around 142lbs when i began the sarms cycle. That should make more sense.
