Other than looking like you might be a little on the low side for iron, it looks fine. Do you happen to be anemic?

I don't think it's anything alarming, but something you need to at least be aware of. If ask your doc and see if he recommends iron supplementation or at least eating more iron rich foods

yes it not alarming at all but always check on things when they are close to borderline and just see their thoughts... it never hurts to ask, be aware and stay ahead
