Well its official im out. Secondary ligament damage in elbow. Have to stop lifting immediatly and start physical therapy. No comp for me.

Physical therapy.


Or mri and probly surgery and shut me down for 18 months.

Damn... Don't think I'd like the surgery route. 18 months is a long time. Hopefully that PT gets the job done. Starting asap?

No. I have to take two weeks off lifting now and cant throw. I can play softball but no hard throwing. So just lob it to cutoff

Then in two weeks pt starts.

She isnt sure how ready she is. She is thinking maybe we can both do the npc show in july depending on how this pt goes.
