i agree, thats a very ideal number... high 20's and low 30s are very very ideal numbers

Alright guys. So I found a small lump. Very tiny on my right nipple. I did a 10 week cycle (350mg sust) and am now a week away from pct. remember my e2 was in check mid cycle. (31). I really don’t feel like the Letrozole protocol will be healthy to do. I will have bloods in by Friday but I’m willing to bet e2 is fine. I am thinking that I should switch to Aromasin and go with Dylan’s pct protocol with hopes that it’ll disappear. Thoughts?

Thanks for the rapid response Dylan. Should I still wait 2 weeks to start pct? Is there any explanation to this? I hear that some guys control their e2 and it just happens without explanation.. But goes away when they come off.

Why would u not wait two weeks to start pct? Of course u do... u have to let the esters clear man

Yeah I don’t think it is. Nothing hard. So my e2 came in at 13. I start my pct next Thursday. Will I still need to stick with the Aromasin dosage in your pct protocol or less?

I did sustan and tren and never did a AI slight itchy but never more than that, guess Im lucky

if your estrogen is only 13, you dont want to use your ai in your pct.. its already too low at that number so you dont want it lower

highly doubtful with your levels already being that low... you can run it maybe 6.25 mg every three days if you want but i wouldnt go any higher than that

Awesome. I’ve really enjoyed POST CT on cycle. It should help for a smooth transition while running it up until pct!

I would recommend the same thing Dylan advised. With your estrogen being that low already, I don't personally see a reason to run an AI unless you use a very low dose....but I really don't even see that as necessary. You certainly don't want your estrogen going even lower

Thanks bro. I already felt the sides of joint pain and some libido issues. I don’t think I every even had a gyno flare up in the beginning. I’m obviously one of those guys that is obsessed with worrying about getting it and couldn’t stop touching themselves.. lol

well dont do that either... thats not a good thing... dont obsess like that man... its not good for a variety of reasons...
