I have been dieting for 14 week straight but lately i feel sluggish in the gym and my mood is not there anymore i feel like a rollercoaster and i am not losing weight at all anymore. so i have been thinking to start increasing my carbs gradually and steadily then shift to bulking phase for a couple of month then go back to losing weight what do you think guys ?
 
Probably a good idea to reverse diet now if you've been dieting down long enough that you're stalled out on fat loss
