Lgd safe to run 12 full weeks?

Decided to do another sarms cycle and keep the test on hold until next year when I can perfect everything. I don't want to rush anabolics even though I am eager to try.

I see guys run lgd only the last half of their ostarine cycle etc. My question is it safe enough to run ostairne 25mg and lgd 10mg for 12 full weeks and not have many sides?
