This Low T though is better, but I'm sure still pretty low. I get really tired towards the end of the day, but I'm a stubborn bitch, and dont ring out unless I have no choice.

thats awesome bro, i love the drive and motivation!

Been having pretty bad sleep problems, but finally got a good nights sleep last night, so hit legs/bi's/tri's today. Upped my curls by 5% today, arms are getting pretty damned solid. Tri's still lagging behind though.

Ran out of steam at about 70m, so didnt get to do lunges or calves, or skull crushers.

So far I'm up about 4 pounds (still carrying about 3pds water weight) bf has dropped by 5%.

absolutely awesome on the body fat drop bro... try to do some time under tension movements on your triceps as well as negatives... you have to stimulate constantly especially since there are not as many movements for them as opposed to areas like your back, chest etc...

I do the skull crushers laying down, elbows back to keep tension on the tri's. I guess not technically a skull crusher, but same general movement. Then do tricep kick backs, I upped the tricep kick backs a few pounds, but I think it wasnt good form, so will dropback and probbly just do a slower pace..

yes, mix up more exercises... close grip bench, diamond push ups... different grips on tricep pulldowns... there are several movements out there to shock them... do MANUAL dips, not on a machine or plate weighted dips as well

cant do dips yet until my shoulder is fully healed, been avoiding chest and some shoulders too (just using isometrics)and sadly my home gym doesnt have a pulldown setup. I'd use the shit out of that.

I think the clomid/nolva are kicking in, as I wasnt wiped out yesterday at all, tired, but not wiped out.

Slept well last night, feeling pretty good today except tweaked my back, so no diving this weekend :(
