Were you planning on running LGD as part of a stack or solo? It's honestly best to run as part of a stack to get best results, but can definitely be effective on its own as well. The sarms super stack including LGD would be the best way to go, and here is the full layout of that
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
PCT
clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day
MK-2866 25mg per day

it would be ran 10 mg per day for 12 weeks regardless of the goal... your diet dictates from there how you work it but it can definitely add 10 lbs. of lean muscle is ran properly with diet... pct is clomid 25 mg per day 4 weeks in length and gw-501516 at 20 mg per day
