Lat injections

Who here hits lats? Wanna try to give it a go but can't figure out the best way to do it or best spot.

Anything vital i should worry about? Probably just gonna do a 30g slin or 5/8 25g nothing big. I have decent back size but definitly see a lot of veins on the lat. Also not sure about nerves up in there....

Advice appreciated....

Just another place to go. Here a lot of people love it. I just can't get a needle in my delts or my quads without hitting nerves. I'm kinda limited.

TX, I'm also interested. Test prop seems to have become my favorite and after a while I'm feeling like a pin cushion. Another spot to pin would be nice.

In comparisson to like quads or most other muscle groups it looks a little less risky.

looks like you'll tuck in behind the vertical vein and nerve no problem. I actually should've taken a pic of the posterior as that'd be the area you're dealing with more. The plate of that isn't drawn in detail as much, just basically shows a lot of horizontal nerves.

Ya and I would use a small needle anyway. The veins look on point though. I have some pronounced veins there.

Let me know how this goes when you do it. I could see me cramping like a mofo trying to hit lats.....specially siting there trying to push that plunger in on a full barrel with one hand
