I posted here two months ago regarding my first cycle. I decided to delay the cycle just to learn a bit more rather than rushing into it.
My stats are as follows
Age 27
Height 5"11
Weight 181lbs
BF % - 11% taken from calipers at my local gym
Have been consistently following a 5x5 strength program for the last 2 years. Recently switched up to a push pull routine to finally start sculpting after building a decent base from the 5x5 program.
My goal for the cycle is to help aid in sculpting and filling out ever so slightly, with the intention of cleaning it up with lower cals in the last few weeks.
I had my bloods come back last week. The only hormone panel available was the Test and Oestradiol.
My Test levels were - 23.8 nmol/L which is 686 ng/dl
My Oestro levels were - 105 pmol/L
My first pin is today but will absolutely make changes in the following weeks if you recommend.
Week 1-12 2x Test E 200mg Pins Mon/Thurs
Week 1-20 12.5mg Aromasin eod
Week 6 Hormone blood test Testosterone, Oestradiol
Week 10-14 HCG 500IU Mon/Thurs
One day after last HCG Shot (HCG Half life is 23 hours?)
Week 14-20 Clomid 50/50/50/25/25/25 - Nolva 40/40/40/20/20/20
Week 22 - Complete Hormone blood tests which include (DHEA-S, FSH, LH, Testosterone, F Test. (calc), SHBG, FAI, Oestradiol)
Previously i was suggested to run a 4 week PCT, but have been seeing that now a 6 week PCT is suggested?
What prompted the increase and how would this have effected people who used a 4 week PCT in comparison?
