Most of my body fat is lower stomach. Got a nutrition plants follow and gonna split my training and cardio. 30-45 mins cardio fasted in the mornings and single body part training in evenings. Want to build muscle and increase my definition. Looking at using mk-677 nutrobol. What's the thoughts on this for 8 weeks?
