I tried to pin my right Quad no good

Sounds like lots of nerve endings. Try your left quad next!
I did the left quad Tuesday so I figured right quad today but it seems to many nerves on the right quad. I had to do the left delt which I pinned last tuesday.
Pin closer to your hip

Quads are my favorite spot... go closer to hips, if not pin the meaty portion towards the outer thigh, or pinch up some real estate, shove and grit yer tooth.

Vg all the way quads are easy foe begginers but theres alot of nevers after you hit one and cant squat for a week you move on
Lol... I did that in front of my son and he was like wtf! I had 2 syringes spinning around in my leg. He looked scared shitless.

Oh I remember my first time in the quad 2cc test e. Everything went great smooth as a butter 24 hours later could not walk get in/out of the car lasted 7 fucking days then went away. Never hurt as much after that. Remember squatting couple days after that!!! Well I don't know if u could call squatting !!lol!! Shit hurt A LOT!!!!
I just had to find the area on my right side that works best. You may have to do the same. I can't pin exactly the same area on the right that I do on the left
