Hi, I'm new here just want to do a quick introduction. I'm 34 started lifting at 28 then I stopped at 30 then got back at it at 33. I'm 5'11" and my weight is usually from 175 to 180 I started at 156. I don't know my bf and I'm currently battling against my belly fat.
I want to start my 2nd cycle it consists of testosterone Enanthate 500mg/ml per week, nandrolone decanoate 500mg/ml per week for 10 weeks(pinning250mg/ml on Monday's and 250mg/ml on Thursdays classic) and finish with Tbol on the last 6 or 8 weeks and I'm planning to do from 40 to 50mg a day and also got HCG I want to do 1000iu per week.
And as for my diet I usually eat clenn, I mean clean lol no junk foods or Coca-Cola and I'm a social drinker I don't drink that much. And I welcome any diet plans I'm always open to try new things.
