I have just received my first bottle of GW from Iron Mag Labs. Of coarse the bottle says not for human consumption, but how is it administered? I know the recommended dosage is 10-20 mg per day. I didn't get any directions for use in the package, and I can't seem to find any straight forward info on how to take it online.

1) I wouldn't suggest using iron mag labs stuff until their lawsuit is over, not clear what's in those bottles. 2) 10mgs per day is the recommended dosage for gw.
