How do I know how much liquid to dose (sarmsx ostarine and cardarine)?

I just received my Cardarine and Ostabolic from Sarmsx. I want to do 25mg Ostarine and 20mg Cardarine but the dropper provided only shows in ML... How can I figure out how much I need to dose from each dropper to meet my MG goals?

osta will be 1/2 dropper, cardarine a full dropper.

Personally, I use a syringe.

what does the front of the bottle say? 20 mg/ml so 1 ml is the full dropper or 20 mgs. you see how that's done?

I took my 1st dose this morning, just did full dropper of each...lol. Ill change to 1/2 ML of ostarine and 1 ML of cardarine. Im in united states (Va.) and there is no real label on it other than the name of the compound. Maybe it says something about ml/mg but if it does I still would'nt have understood it... And yeah, 1st squirt had me like, what. the. fuuuuuck

get it past your tongue and down the hatch bro or get some grapefruit juice to chase it with not mix it but chase it. then in a coupla weeks you will be good

LOL just remember brother, its not mouthwash... never swish it, never put it under your tongue, etc... straight down the hatch and you can use a chaser if you need... grapefruit is far and away the best option as it provides max absorption... GW is 20 MG/ML meaning 1 ML is 20 MG so thats a full dropper... MK2866 is 50 MG/ML so half a dropper is your 25 mg dose...
