I will answer your question based only on if someone was to ask me how much Aromasin should be taken to lower estrogen levels.. And the answer is a variable, standard dosages would be anywhere from 12.5mg E3D to 25mg ED in a more sever situation. I want you to understand that I am in no way advising you to run Aromasin after your cycle to combat high blood pressure. Especially with out any blood work and a full doctors diagnosis.

I'm not going to start using aromasin untill I get my bloods done but what I'm asking is if my estro is elevated then for how long I need to take aromasin ?
Will I have to rely on it for lifelong ?
brother, it should be obvious to you that adex DOES NOT handle it... its not a suicide inhibitor... it is not what you want for estro rebound bro, not at all...
NO, of course not, just until you get things under control but adex only suppresses things for the immediate time etc... its not going to offer the protection you need
People usually notice improvement and lowering of estrogen levels within as soon as a week or 2 depending on severity and dosage. I do not know of anyone that has been prescribed an AI for life, so I couldn't answer that unfortunately.

Bro I was gonna ask you about the things you do to control ur bp. I know you take linisopril. My bp is also high in general. I have seen a specialist before I started aas and he said my heart is good but the only reason my bp could be high is due to anxiety or stress ,etc..
I currently take linisopril as needed, cycle support even tho they don't help with bp in my case, donate blood, do cardio, deep breathing techiques, and so on. Lol its funny how high bp is pretty much only side effect I get from aas use.
Bro I would apreaciate if you could give us ur experience on dealing with high blood pressure, it know you have a lot experience in this subject and also how do you control your bp while on tren,clen,ephedrine and eca? Lisinopril?

I just ordered both lisinopril and hctz (per NY'S advice). Should have them both soon and will post results after a couple months of dosing.

dbol is notorious for raising blood pressure, were you keeping up with you A.I.? As water retention elevates blood pressure. That bottom number of 80 is still decent however. What is you bf%?
So the blood test I'm going to get this weekend is estradiol.
Is there any difference between estradiol & E2, or are these the two the same ?

Heres a fun fact: Estradiol is important for sperm quality as it’s required in spermatogenesis and preventing programmed cell death (apoptosis), which leads to male impotence.

I can only get e1 and e2 checked, that's all they had on the harmonel panael under the estrogen category so I read online and figured that I should go for e2/estradiol
Currently I just want to get my bp back to normal and live a happy peaceful life like before
