Hey everyone, this is my first post so I just want to say.

For the past few I have been running CJC 1295 no dac and Ipamorelin. Here is my doses.

Ipa 100mcg 3x a day
CJC 150 mcg 3x a day

upon rising, post workout and before bed.

was wondering if it would be more beneficial to dose pre and post workout and before bed, or even, upon rising, pre and post, and before bed.

how long between doses should I go and how would that work pre and post?

I havent really been dieting, just seeing how this stuff works and so far, I have noticed greatly improved sleep, and also, Im eating a ton of food and not getting fatter. Im currently:

5'10 235lbs 22% bf and Im easily eating 3700 cals a day. which brings me to......

Ive decided to start dieting and Im adding T3 and clen, so how should I dose this stuff and what times during the day?

I just watched Dylans video on T3, and Im definitely reconsidering the T3

I glad you were able to watch the video before considering the T3. As I'm sure you are aware now, there's reasons why we don't advise T3 use. It's not good to mess with your thyroid, and anything that is catabolic and eats away muscle is never a great idea.

clen is even worse than t3 and when you see my newest video on clen, i GUARANTEE you will reconsider... you should never run either of these... they are both very dangerous and clen especially is just a very dirty drug period... i have FAR better options for you... are you familiar with sarms? they are so much better in every way, i dont know where to begin... i have a perfect layout for you to start cutting with... you can get everything at www.sarmsx.com



1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

T3 is awful and clen is worse than albuterol and I'd rather not find out what that's like because albuterol is strong enough for me.

Your peptide dosing looks great to me. I would put 3 hours between each dose if I were you. Somatostatin will rise after effects kick in so you want to make sure it's all gone when you inject next. I don't remember all the details all exactly but 3 hours will be fine at the least

Thanks guys! how would mk 677 work with my CJC 1295 no dac and Ipamorelin stack? Would that be overload to the PG?
I dont think there's a need to stack cjc or ipamorelin with the mk677. 677 gives off numerous spurts of GH

MK-677 is going to be much better in my opinion.....just as GH is superior to peptides obviously.

so alternating mk 677 and Ipa would be better?

I think he is saying mk677 is probably better as a GHR but if you already have ipam you may as well alternate them (in my opinion) that way your body doesn't get used to either GHR

i would not alternate anything... you would stay on mk677 all year... its FAR superior to anything you will find with peptides... you can add any peptides if you want but they are not nearly as powerful nor defined in what they accomplish
