I have a question, but i need to introduce myself, so
My name is Joe, i'm 26 yo from Arizona, USA
My stats are 5'7 187 lbs and bf is about 20 percent
The question is:
I need a cycle strictly for fat burn. I hold most of my fat on my obliques and lower abs and I don't know what to do with this.
I would like to get down to about 15% body fat. What cycle do you recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys
