Help with bridge after pct

Ok I agree my number one priority is my health!! Will run sarms bridge for 12 weeks which will bring me to May. May 15th will start cycle laid out by you and Dylan. After 12 weeks of that cycle gonna make changes. Here is what I am thinking for 12 weeks prior to show.
12-24 Switch to test prop@100mg eod,
12-24 masteron dosage?
17-24 tren ace 50mg ed
19-24 winstrol 50mg ed
17-24 caber .5mg e3d
17-24 gw 20mg ed
17-24 s4 50mg 25 in am 25 in pm
12-24 aromasin 12.5mg eod
How does that look? Questionable about dosage for masteron and tren as I know the side from tren can be brutal.
Looks pretty good except I would switch a few dosages.

For Masteron the ideal dosage is 600-800 per week, so I would recommend 150-200mg EOD

Tren at 50mg EOD is ok, but a,little on the low side. I think it would be better at 75-100mg EOD

You're also going to need to increase your AI dose to in your final couple weeks going up to the show. I would go 12.5mg ED

Lower test dose 10 days out to 50mg EOD

Ok sounds good! Is the reasoning for lowering test last 10 days for decreasing chance of water retention? How about dietetics?

Is there a sarms stack that I can get to cover everything I need for bridge? Sorry for all the questions bro just trying to organize everything and lay out the plan!

Yes that's correct. You want to get as dry as possible before a show. I really don't mess with diuretics other than natural ones like dandelion root. If you do this right with diet and water intake, along with test and AI dose you really don't even need one.

Don't get ahead of yourself and worry too much about all these details this far ahead. Concentrate on the current task at hand and don't worry about those things until you start prep. Right now you need to just worry about getting your bridge right. You have months before you need to start worrying about prep

I would personally go with the ultra recomp stack as your bridge

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/ultra-recomp-stack-12-weeks-2

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Another option is the enhanced super stack that Dylan laid out on the first page

1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

I noticed he also added MK-2866 to this stack as well, but you'll have to add that on separately going with this protocol

Is sarm x running any deals for recomp stack?

No discount codes at the moment, but that link I provided saves you a lot going with the stack versus buying the bottles separately

rick gave you an excellent layout... i would definitely go with that as well... sarmsx has you covered... definitely keep us updated on your progress throughout

Ordered the ultra recomp stack from sarms x should be here by the end of week! Will definetly keep you updated with progress! I don't foresee any problem getting to single digit body fat while adding a little muscle during 12 week bridge! Pct has been great and haven't lost much strength at the gym or libido!!!

Just wanted to get all your opinions about my macros! I am 5'10 and 228lbs! Body fat is approx 12-14%. Protein I keep at 250 grams a day. Carbs I am at 200 grams. Fat is 30-40 grams. I have lost about 12 lbs since cleaning up diet and focusing on getting my numbers from quality sources! Protein sources are chicken breast, lean steak, 99%ff ground turkey, eggs. Carb sources are unsweetened oatmeal, sweet potatoe, brown rice, 1banana a day. Fat from almonds, avacado, fish oil. Any suggestion on keeping the fat loss going and preserving or adding muscle will be greatly appreciated!

excellent brother... your absolutely right, you should definitely achieve and surpass your goals with this as long as your diet and training are consistent... in terms of your diet question, post a typical day layout of your intake and also what your maintenance calories are

Meal 1- 2 whole eggs with 3 egg whites
1 pack of unsweetened oatmeal
1 scoop of amino linx
Meal 2- 2 scoops of whey protein with 12oz of 1% milk
1 banana (help with leg cramps)
Meal 3-(pre workout) 6oz flank steak
8oz sweet potatoe
Meal 4- post workout shake 2 scoops of whey protein
Meal 5- 6.5oz of chicken breast
1 cup of brown rice measured cooked
Meal 6- 6oz steak
4oz sweet poatatoes
Meal 7- 6oz chicken breast on a salad with sugar free ginger dressing
Veggie for salad mixed greens, red pepper, baby cucumber.

Maintenance calories 3033
I also have amino linx and glycofuse during workout. I add another amino linx between meal 5 and 6.

I alternate turkey burgers into meal plan and use mostly 99% fat free turkey mixed with 97%. I also add green pepper, red peppers and onion to the turkey then make burgers!
Everything is cooked with pepper, sea salt, extra virgin Olive oil pan spray.
I also add 2 servings of almonds throughout day!
