Help Calves PUMP

Greetings, I'm currently on a 300mg of sus EW and 50mg Tbol ED, I have been running and training for 2 years w/o quitting but now when I do cardio can't even run 2 miles because when a hit the mile I start to get an intense pump on my calves that is so painful I can't even walk I need to stop completely. I'm worried because a have an Army Physical Fitness Test this wednesday and I normally pass it but with this pain on the calves I don't think so, and is mandatory to pass it. It is the tbol? should I stop it before wednesday and continue it after the test? I there something I can take or do to relief the pain at least for the test?

Never had that happen while on tbol, are you sure you have tbol and not something else? Also how much water are you drinking, I'm sure you know how important that is but I got to ask.

I'm pretty sure is Tbol I'm growing slowly but steady without bloating, no estrogen problems and no water retention I look really lean. About the water yes I do I need to hydrate a lot for those trainings

Painful Calf and back pumps can be pretty common with any oral steroid, so it is probably the Tbol causing it. The best thing to take for those pumps is Taurine. Take 5-8g preworkout, and that should alleviate it. If you have to, you could always drop the Tbol, but Taurine should take care of your problem buddy

Its definitely TBOL. Im running it at 70mg on the third week and the pumps started the first week. I get horrible back pumps but i just fight through it. Usually have to take 15min breaks after i squat or deadlift or anything standing up because it hurts so bad. Its well worth it though, loving the results. Im also using lgd with it so great lean gains

Man those things hurt.I have had the same with tbol and also a few other orals. The good thing is if you stop the tbol it should be gone quickly. I also think RockinRick is correct about the taurine because I found this by accident. I was doing 100 and 220 yd sprints and I felt like I had bad pulling in my calf. I chugged a large can of my wife's red bull and within 10 minutes it had all passed and I ran a few more sprints. My wife had warned me not to drink the red bull because the caffeine would make it worse. She said the pain was from too many espressos, so lay off the bull. My feelings were I was dehydrated, and my water bottle had leaked, so I was going to chug liquid. I dont care for red bull but it helped that day...and it is full of taurine. The stuff is named after taurine as a matter of fact!

Yes, that is definitely the Taurine giving you the help. I've used it numerous times with different orals that gave me bad pumps, and it's always taken care of them

Well guys I bought the L-Taurine I took 5g before workout and still have the horrible pain should I stop the Tbol or any low recommend dose? is only until this Wednesday that I have the test and I want to kill that 2 miles in time or should I still use the Tbol at 50mg and up the taurine to 8g tomorrow give it a try again? What do you guys think?

It won't hurt anything to stop tbol now and start again thursday. That way you will know if it is the tbol or not, and then thursday you can decide if you want to keep going with tbol. You need to get to the bottom of it. It is quite well know that the heavier hitters knock your wind way back, so it could be any aas may do this to you. Everybody is a little different.
