I'm looking to shred uo and put on lean mass. Hell as long as I burn some of my back fat that just won't seem to go away I will be happy.
I train 5 to 6 days a week, eat clean, and sleep well.

Curious, was your carb reduction the tuna diet? I'm doing that starting on Monday. Still doing the holiday thing with family and wasn't about to attempt the tuna diet in this setting! Lol

No it was just extremely high due to lack of knowledge .
I was having 4 cups of rice a day
On top of having a high carb protein powder.

I'd like to see you add in a little bit more green vegetables to your plan bro. Fibrous green vegetables will not hurt your carbohydrate intake at all, and they provide a lot of satiety to make you feel full and satisfied. You can just about eat as much green veggies as you want. You don't even really need to count them in your carb total. So, I would even add in one other serving of low GI carb somewhere, like another sweet potato or possibly some oat bran or even rice. Just keep the serving size down to a cup or less

Even though it's a small amount, I don't really like the butter in there for meal one, and the small amount of mayo in the later meals as well.

Instead of mayo in your tuna..use avocado. Its a fat but its a better fat than mayo and it actually tastes pretty good in the tuna! Or use some hot sauce or plain greek yogurt to mix it up with it works fantastic!
Im not sure what you are using the butter for unless its a spray you are cooking your egg whites in.. but replace that with fat free Olive oil spray if it is. Also I make two egg white omelets everyday at work with spinach and a little fat free cheese in a microwave believe it or not. I use a pampered chef egg stone cooker. They work great!

drop the butter in the morning bro.. not necessary, even if its light, not when cutting... you can even try mixing protein powder in your egg whites or add some spinach and mushrooms, which you definitely need more of in terms of veggies throughout your day...

drop the salsa and the bread... or switch to ezekiel bread of you want some once in a while... drop the albacore and go with regular white tuna in water, LOW SODIUM... switch your mayonaise to LIGHT VEGANESE... its only 50 calories, far superior for you...

drop your sweet potato on your thrid meal and perhaps add 1-2 more servings of veggies or 1/2 serving of brown rice

dont eat too many snap peas... try to get an apple or grapefruit in there

make sure you try to get some other things on top of more veggies... fat free PLAIN greek yogurt, different types of meats and fish... white fish, lean center cut pork loin, ground turkey etc... mix this up a bit... also try to get some orgainic oat and wheat bran... bobs red mill is excellent... make these changes in there...

Here is my 6 day update on my GW,LGD,S4 cycle.

Weight loss 1 lb. From 169 to 168
Bf% unkown at the moment.
Strength is amazingly increasing even though I am on my cut.

Energy- my pump in the gym is increasing; I wouldn't say anything extreme at this point but I can feel that I have more energy as far as explosive want to rip the weights in half energy.
Libido is very mellow, I have a minor sex drive downspurt sometimes. Don't know what that is from.

I can feel my body slowly every morning feeling leaner. Not smaller at all, just less fat around my stomach area.

Still maintaing a clean diet of 120ish/220ish/50ish
Making the adjustments that Dylan and Rock informed me.

I'll take another pic in about a week.

As far as an add on/ in received some proviron today which I am incorporating into my cycle. 50 mg a day

Been having some sleeping problems, can't seem to stay asleep.
This has only started since I have gone on cycle. It's like my body doesn't want to shut down.

Any suggestions thanks brothers

part of you not being able to sleep is the fact that you have a lot of excitement about what's happening and its quite a change... sarms in general should actually help your sleep but if you find you are still having problems you may want to consider adding mk677 to your cycle to really help this... DEFINITELY make the changes in our diet because those are holding you back from reaching full capability... how is everything going now?
 
MK-677 would certainly help with that sleep brother. If you keep that diet tight and make those changes we suggested, you are in for a good cycle I'm sure of it. That diet will make or break a cycle
 
13 day UPDATE LGD, S4, GW,PROVIRON

Sorry for the late update my fellow AR brothers!
First off before the ramble slash update
My endurance is off the charts.

Now I guess it's a good and bad thing, I can't tell which sarm it is coming from being that I haven't ran either as a standalone.
Today's workout was back and biceps and let me tell you its like I am fucking the steal. At about 6 to 8 rep range I probably look like a meth head fucking a warm cantaloupe.
I really can't describe it other than its like I am getting high in the gym.
My sense of well being is through the charts. Not a douche bag attitude just feel good and full while pumping out the reps.

As for weight 168 to 169

Bf% unknown I really am just going off what my pictures and mirror tell me.

Diet regime - carbs/fats/protein
120ish to 130/ 200 to 220 / 50 to 60

As far as diet changes I have listed to Rock and Dylan and incorporated different meats such as extra lean ground turkey and fish / salmon

Ever since I have been eating higher fatty meats my libido and workout have seem to increase.

My sleep issue/ slim to none. like i said in my previous update I had the worst sleep of my life for almost a week.
That seems to have passed these passed 2 nights my sleep has been great. No 2 hour rolling session. Continuous 4 to 6 hours solid!

As far as my vascular look I am trying to go after. I am noticing veins trying to pop out of my biceps and neck.
Im guessing that comes with dropping in body fat.

Weight loss - since my diet before sarms I dropped 3 lbs with the diet fixing of my brother from 175 to 172.

Weight loss on sarms cycke - 172 to 168. Even with the weight loss I am still filling all my clothing, to be honest they are even filling better and better by the week.

Fullness, I deal amazing in the mornings. My stomach is getting flatter and flatter.

Proviron update - I am going to be increasing my dosage to 75 mg. As for the results, I am getting an increase in libido which I was desperately looking for. My sex drive was slim to none.
I was able to get a boner but not actually be into the moment.
No I am getting decent spurts of wanting to fuck my girls ass and another her with a pillow.

Strength update - increase every workout it seems. I am not increasing the weight though. I am really going for the pump and just making love to the weights.
