Hello Dylan,

First of all thanks for the you-tube videos. they are extremely informative.

I am looking to bulk up. I finished a cutting cycle in august 2016 and i feel like i have peaked in terms if weight gain. I want to know what you would recommend regarding abol or dbol. or would you recommend something else?

every time i see a comment on the videos you always ask for stats so here is mine

AGE: 34
HEIGHT: 5.6
WEIGHT: 165
BF% : 18
CUT CYCLE :
ANVAR/CLENBUTERALL/WINTROLL - 4 WEEK CYCLE
TEST 250 - 8 WEEK CYCLE

I do have high blood pressure normally and take Lisinopril for it

I just had my blood work done (all clear) and I'm ready to start another cycle.
 
No, you THINK you're ready to start another cycle.

You can't justify being only 165 if you have 18% bodyfat. If you were 200 + then maybe.

"Peaking" in weight gain only means tat you have to change your diet and probably training.

Training intensity is often lacking (it's a big problem for me) and leads to a stall in gains.

What are you eating? BE SPECIFIC.

hey bro.. im sorry i dont have anything to tell you that you want to hear but you need to hear it... literally everything you have done thus far and want to do are completely fucked bro... you ran an oral ony cycle and not to mention you stacked two orals with clen?? wtf bro? what a disaster and then you want to bulk with an elevated body fat... it makes no sense... your body fat is too high to even use steroids and noone would advise it but your mindset on this is completely wrong as well... i would take some steps back and really think about what you are doing and the reprocussions...
 
after watching more of your you tube videos, i expected this answer honestly.... i am working on getting my body fat down, and will NOT look to gain mass until im under 12% BFP. in regards to the previous cycle; i fucked up and asked my source what would be a good cycle to cut with. i was also at 12% bfp before starting the cut cycle. my goal was to cut down, then build some lean mass. however; at the end of the cut cycle i lost my job and went through a relocation, which threw off my training and diet resulting in gain the body fat. having high blood pressure ive always been a healthy eater, and conscience of my physical health. my typical food intake consists of black coffee in the am, with granola bar or fruit, typically a sandwich for lunch, whole grain bread, light on the condiments, heavy on the lettuce and meat. then a home cooked dinner usually fish or chicken, occasionally lean beef, and even on less occasion, pork. lots of veggies, typically broccolli or green beans, sometimes corn or peas. and maybe rice or a baked potato.

You just need to get into much better shape before running any kind of steroid. Sar,s would be a great option for you in the meantime, and they can also help you cut that bodyfat. If you want help setting up a stack let me know

An observation on your diet; seems very light on calories and a lot of sugar. Your body may be in starvation mode...undereating is just as bad as overeating.

I'm not seeing the sugar, i do my best to stay away from it. also, i dont typically feel hungry throughout the day, not saying feeling hungry is relative to being underfed. my attempt in the diet is high protein, low fat/sugar/carb. what would be a good change in term of daily diet? also, whats you opinion of a "cheat day?" i've always been very skeptical, but some people swear they are necessary..

i eat pork, maybe once a month. and i thought fruits were good sugars
in moderation they are good but thats minimal... take a look at my diet on my cycle layout... you cannot completely crush your carbs, you will never sustain it... the key is to do something where you can drop fat but actually be able to continue it for a long duration without setting yourself backwards when its all said and done... if you dont grasp diet then all of this is pointless... truly... diet is the majority of ALL of what we do... https://www.isarms.com/forums/stero...-cycle-time!-new-log-dylan-gemelli-11728.html
