First sarms cycle
questions?!
Hey guys I'm new to this forum and any constructive criticism or advice you may have for my cycle would be appreciated.
Sarms:
Ostarine mk2866 25mg everyday for 12 weeks
Lgd 4033 10 mg everyday dosed in am for 12 weeks
Pct:
Nolva 20mg per day for 4 weeks
Gw501516 20mg per day for 4 weeks
I will have aromasin on hand incase I run into estrogen problems.
I do have a few questions?
Should I dose aromasin at around 12.5 every other day as soon as I start the cycle to avoid running into estrogen problems, or should I wait until I see estrogen problems then use the aromasin at 25mg then slowly lower until it's at 12.5 mg every other day?
How should I take the ostarine all in one dose in the am or three different doses of 10mg with meals throughout the day?
If I decide to discontinue the cycle for any reason how should I come off the sarms and should I still run a pct?
Random stats about me:
18 years old been training for 2 years consistently lifts are:
5X5 flat bench 100kg
Squat 5X5 140kg
Deadlift 3X8 140kg
I'm aware that I'm young and I am aware of the risks associated with sarms. But I have been doing research and any more advice you guys could share with me would be great
