First SARM cycle need advice

Hello friends, taking first sarm cycle to lose weight and gain some lean muscle, my friend got me a stack dropper bottle with 30mg ostarine, 30mg cardarine, 30mg sr-9009, and 60mg Armistane,

Advice and when to take during day, Any additional supplements, ptc?

I am 6’1 250 lbs 30% fat some muscle as i have been in construction 5 years , Just want to be safe and get a good cycle out of this

Some people will comment that you're making a mistake and that you should do real juice but maybe if you're going to take ostarine at 30 mg you're probably going to be shut down so possibly you're going to need a test base. that arimistane wont be enough.. Maybe hcg? I like the sr and cardarine but sr should not be done orally(just my opinion) low bioavailability even though you will see some. Results.. It obviously works or people wouldnt buy it like crazy but id go injectable... But these 2 are great for performance so just an idea, take advantage and go muts on the cardio like playing a sport... Personally boxing with this 4 compound combo sounds cool. Just curious though... Ostarine and arimistane are interesting choices to add... Can I ask... What do you hope to see from those two compounds?

honestly i didnt even know it came with armistane until my friend dropped it off, As to the Ostarine,I’m hoping to grow out base muscle i have from construction and not lose it while doing cardio on this cut stack,

I started with taking half in morning and half in afternoon as suggested by friend, but as you mentioned it is a high daily dose of all, i might cut it down 1/3rd to begin cycle and go back full dose after week 3 , Good advice on the cardio i think i will start running and use my rower more then i am focusing on lifting and abdominal work

What I have read is that sr can help in reformation of the heart and that gw can offset the skewed lipids that come from sarms or juice while increasing vo2 max and that both are good for fat burning... calorie defecits are how you lose weight normally so doing that on gw and sr should be nuts

Ive always been a twig so i cant comment of the fat loss part but heart reforming and vo2 max are really important for me personally since ive been boxing for 25 years and am still trying to keep up. These compounds have helped me a lot

with Ki of 3.8 nM. So I coupd be wrong but I understand it to be interpreted as binding fairly strongly which will shut you down... Its just a matter of time and dose...

Hmg 75iu or HCG 250iu plus rcFSH 3 times a week may help with testes function and size but anyone that takes any of this stuff is a self declared lab rat. Good luck!

at your body fat i would just do SR and GW. 20-25mgs a day and lots of fasted cardio

I would get some pictures up. So you can get an accurate body fat percentage. I don't think you're 30% maybe 25%, but 30% is super high.

i would focus 100% on fat loss first
so do GW 20mgs a day
simple yet effective. dial in diet
