First Post here. I've never used anything in my life so I'm looking to ease myself in, 35 years old & doing crossfit. My goal with this is enhanced recovery for a few niggles & just recovery in general. Endurance & body changes would be a bonus but not too fussed. Again first timer so not looking to take anything to suppressing.
Here's what I'm thinking:
1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Mk677 (NUTROBAL) 25 mg day dosed once a day in the p.m.
I'd love advice on cycle length?
Also on a PCT?
And just any thoughts in general would be amazing.
