My ultimate goal is to maintain my muscle mass while dropping my BF% (Would like to get in the 8-9% area). I workout 6 times a week (AM Cardio, followed by afternoon lift). My diet is very clean but for some reason I can't seem to break the double digit mark on my BF%. I wouldn't mind gaining a couple pounds of muscle.. just isnt my ultimate goal.
