First Cycle and SARMS

Dear Dylan,

Hello, sir! first off just wanted to say thank you. I've been doing A LOT of research about starting my first cycle and not just a week of watching videos but asking questions and doing actual research, and you have been the number one help. First, I'll give you a brief "bio" about myself. I've trained and competed in Muay Thai for the past seven years and won two titles (drug free) so, of course, my diet, strength training regimen, and most importantly discipline are on point. I've stepped away from fighting and now I'm trying to gain weight and strength. I've always had trouble with putting on size. So, I've decided to start my first cycle and I want to do this the right way. I fully understand the "marathon" concept that you so adamantly push, which I absolutely understand. For my cycle I'm thinking of doing 250-300 mg's of test with 12.5 mg's of Aromasin... every other day and possibly a SARM or two for 10-12 weeks. For a post cycle I will run HCG for 4 weeks, two weeks while I'm still injecting and two weeks while I'm letting my esters clear, Aromason, Clomide, MK2866, and GW501516. If you have anything to add or any advice I would love to hear it! Also, I'm a little fuzzy on the time frame on the HCG, don't know if there's a point when I'm just taking HCG alone for 2 weeks after I finish injecting or with something (test or post cycle), if you could help me clear that up I would really appreciate it!
 
HCG is not taken during PCT, but a few weeks prior to beginning PCT to kickstart test production.

But first need age, weight and bf.

You need to post your COMPLETE stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat %
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

Just to be clear the 250 mg's of test is that twice a week, so a total of 500 mg's a week? Or is it 175 mg's twice a week to equal 300 mg's per week?

The dose Dylan gave you is a total for the week, so divide it by 2.
