I'm looking to start my first cycle soon. I'm 5'10" 170lbs with some belly fat. I'd ideally like to bulk up but like I stated I have a Lil belly fat from before I started gym. My diet is pretty clean. 2600 calories now but would bump to 3000 when start cycle..

Since its my first time I'm hesitant to stack a bunch . could I do ostarine for 8 weeks then jump to lgd-4033 then mini pct? Any recommendations? Thx
 
You need too lean out dont bulk or cut recomp is the way too go all year when you bulk you get fat your not using anywhere near those calories for muscle growth the you have too cut there goes your metabolism now you have too starve yourself and do an hour of cardio every day too stay lean . Recomp is best eat at maintance and train hard. Go under by a couple hundred cals 2 days a week and over 1 stay at maintenance rest focus on building muscle do some cardio but not a ton . you will lean out and huild lean tissue together and before you know it youll be decent size and low body fat still eating 3000 calories a day .

That could work as far as the sarms dillian would be best for advice as I started with AAS and have no sarms experience but for diet this is the best way too achieve maintainable results and look good year round

For your goals right now I would go with the ultra recomp stack, and adjust your caloric intake to reflect that. Keep it clean and keep the calories from getting too high so you stay in recomp range.

Just remember recomping is a little more com l licated with the diet watxh you bodyfat and weight closer so you can add calories or reduce when necxesary not enough and youll be cutting with no hope of muscle gains too much and you accumulating fat . biggest problem with guys who use too be fat is fear of gaining weight stops our gains I know I was there . your maintance is probly higher than you think watch your body and slowly increase food intake as long as you dpnt see fat gain . most will think there at maintenance when then really in a deficit and wreaking havac on there metabolism

yeah that recomp stack is very nice. just make sure you have your macros dialed in and I would lift weights first and then do cardio afterwards, but that is just me personally..

yeah man i like the idea of cutting down first, and then recomping. thats perfect
 
It ia also person to person dependant me personally i can lean out nicely on recomp and add lean tissue while increasing my food intake but when i cut i always end up having too reverse diet for months and it just ends up bad . but genetics play a big part and how we were raised eating that our body has adapted too we all function differant takes a few years of experimenting too find what works best for you . i can loose ten lbs in two weeks but I find myself doing 30 minutes of cardio evrryday and sustaining my weight on what should be 1000 calorie deficit and its never maintainable for me . but if i get lean while building over six month period im eating 3500 calories a day and weekly cheats and staying leaner
 
But I know friends who can come out of contest prep and binge eat junk for a week and stay shredded all year at the end of the day genetics is the underlying factor

yeah, good luck with that in your 30's! LOLLL definitely not an option for most at all... i definitely would not attempt that... its one thing to have a little binge after a long cutting period or phase but definitely not incorporating that normally especially in your 30's... its just rougher every year...
