Hey Dylan, Im 23 years old. Lifting for almost 5 years. I seen ur videos talk about using juice when i reach 25 yo and above but i considering using juice just because my genetic asia was not really good and i reach my genetic limit imo. I wanna run testo cypionate/enanthate for 10-12 weeks. What pct should i using? My bodybuilder friend told to use arimidex and nolva and hcg. Can you help describe week by week recommend dose?

It is because your endrocine system is still developing...using steroids before your endrocine system is completely developed is like throwing gas on a fire

Btw....ASIAN race or any race for that matter .... no one reaches their "genetic protental" at age 23

Are you consistent?

How often do you change your training? Diet? Do you know how and what to eat for YOU?

exactly and although i get so tired of guys this age saying this, i think part of it is they just dont understand the absurdity of the statement or many would not say it on top of the fact that most are impatient and unwilling to dig in and see WHY they are stalled out... when this happened to me over and over when i was younger i found new ways to improve every time... im a problem solver though and some just are not...
 
If you've hit a plateau that only means it's time to change it up, remember it's a marathon not a sprint. It can be hard some times to be patient but keep grinding naturally for as long as you can. I have young friends using roids 18 and 19 year olds and I feel bad for them and the damage they are doing to their bodies. The people on this board only want what's best for you.

Bcause my progress was maxed out at deadlift squat bench with stronglifts and PHUL.. cant get weights up anymore.. any advice? Really wanna juice up with test only lol

Whats connection between endocrine and hormones? The body will absorb it anyways no matter how old are we since we already training to max weights and im slow progress plateau on stronglifts then PHUL

Get back to the basics bud. Work on diet, change up routine.

Every 3 to 5 months. I always do progressive overload with reps n weights. I weight my food and counting macros with fitness pal.. any idea or advice? Just stuck like death wanna juice up natty suck very slow progress

LMFAO... okay man, since you are so experienced and you want to tell guys that have actually been doing this half their lives, you know more so you go ahead and do it.. just do me a big favor... when you do end up with issues, dont come back asking for help because it wont be here
 
If you have plateaued at that age, there is a serious problem somewhere. You are too young to be looking for shortcuts with steroids.

Idea and advice;

A) The smartest move I ever made was hiring a nutrition & training coach. Hard to find a qualified one but worth every penny when you do.

B) Lose the stubbornness and check your ego at the door. You've been told what path to follow, follow it.

What does "juice up natty" mean?

yeah dude..you getting stuck lifting a certain weight..that's the criteria for determining genetic potential
