Hello All, I'm looking for first cycle advice and here's my stats below. Dylan's videos have been very helpful in learning more about SARMS so big props!
Age - 26
Training age - Started serious strength training at 11 years old (athlete for many years)
Height - 5'10
Weight - 175lbs
BF% - 9% (7 site skinfold recently)
Former Olympic lifter and have been able to squat 2.4x BW in the past (190kg), Front squat 172kg, bench - 130kg, Hang clean 137kg, etc...
Blood Work - I live in Asia and have VERY cheap access to blood work, I get my Testosterone and Cortisol measured every 2 weeks for anabolic status.
AM Testosterone - 674 (recent, but has fallen as low as 483 in the morning)
AM Cortisol - 13.1 (recent but has been as high as 25 in the morning)
Estradiol E2 - 34pg/ml
GH - .020ng/ml (low)
Free T4 - .88ng/DL
FSH - 14.16 mIU/ml
LH - 5.97 mIU/ml
Prolactin - 10.83ng/ml
Albumin - 4.6g/dl
ACTH - 33pg/ml
Vitamin D - 62ng/ml
I believe that my natural Testosterone isn't optimal for my age. I've seen the largest increases naturally by finding ways to lower my cortisol levels. Every other part of my blood seems quite normal. I also have lost about 10% of the strength that I used to have on my lifts that I posted above.
My goal is to gain 10lbs of lean body mass/bring back strength to where it was before and I believe the SARM LGD 4033 may be the best way to do this. Here is my plan
LGD 4033
Week 1 - 3mg
Week 2 - 5mg
Week 3 - 10mg
Week 4 - 10mg
Cycle OFF and use PCT afterwards.
I have full access to blood testing (I work with a lab) so any advice would be appreciated on what to monitor and make this 10lb lean muscle gain possible. Any thoughts?
