Hey guys just wanted some input on the 16 week cycle I'm on and I am at the last two weeks of . I ran test and deca started at 400 test a week and 300 deca a week slowly increased the dose to the end of this cycle of 500 test 500 deca . Did blood work before I started and mid cycle one to see we're I was at health wise and two to make sure my gear was really test levels were at 2500 and estrogen was in check at 21 and the range on the blood work for estrogen was anything over 37 was high on the blood work so I felt I had the sweet spot at 21 .ran arimedix eod at 1 ml and liquid caber at 0.5 the gains came clean and slow eating 5 clean meals a day started at 197 in shape but soft now I'm at 208 wider look way bigger but the scale didn't really go up much but in the mirror the gains were there forsure ! I really felt I but no water weight on at all and was not puffy more dry are some guys not as sensitive to the water retention? This was my first run with deca I expected the scale to push higher but maybe I just got cleaner gains and not all that fake water gains ? Been lifting 7 years natty and I am 34 this was my first cycle . And I have all the proper stuff to run the perfect pct protocol.
