well I would be more inclined but it was like it was posted then poof gone. he hasn't answered I think he knew the answer and asking a common sense question? I mean maybe its harsh but damn if you take a pill you gotta put the work in as well and cut some damn calories, pretty basic intake vs output. but sorry if I was harsh OP just makin a funny but I think you have had several good answers

There is alot of differant things used for fat loss and each one fits differant regimes . peoples diet and goals differently. And none of them work on there own what I tell everybody is if your program of training and diet has you making progress these will speed up the process if your not loosing anything at all your doing something wrong amd that needs too be adressed first .
