Hey everyone!
So based on everyone's previous reccomendations I've been cutting to lose fat.. I have lost 30lbs since December and def look better.
My issue is that as I have lost body fat my lower pec/ nipple area have started to get more pointy. When I massage the area there def seems to be fat/ tissue that is much harder than what I'd consider fat.. luckily my upper pecs stick out enough where at the moment it's not really noticeable. Could this be gyno from being over weight? I had hormone issues last year and had to be put on trt, soo I'm assuming that maybe my estrogen was very high before being on trt?
I'm concerned if I lose more fat it till get worse. Is there anything I could take to attack that tissue or is surgery something in my future?
