I like my estrogen a little on the high side....upper 30's lower 40's. I feel great any higher into the 50's and I start getting problems like water retention, red face, ed, and emotional issues.
absolutely.. anyone that has had that occur has been nothing short of miserable... mine never gets that low because its just naturally a bit higher but ive never heard one good story from crushed estrogen, not one
do you really need aromasin on cycle ? whats the most sides you get from high estrogen? myself i had gyno surgery done so this is not an issue here for me
Estrogen is created by the aromatase enzyme. Having gyno surgery does not remove this enzyme in the body, and more importantly estrogen should always be controlled because gyno can come back even after surgery not to mention much more problematic issues that could occur from high estrogen.

absolutely... even if, and we know this is not true either but even IF you could not get gyno again, you could still have so many issues from elevated estrogen...

This is new to me. You can get Gyno after removing the gland that it effects? Or are we talking fat accumulation type gyno? How does one get growth in a gland without having a gland? What am I missing?

There are different ways gyno can be removed. I believe the cheapest and easiest option doesnt actually remove the gland, it is basically a form of liposuction to my understanding that removes the tissue growth but not the gland itself. Then there is the option to remove the actually gland itself with surgery. The problem here is that it can be very difficult to remove the entire gland therefore it leaves a very small possibility of reoccurring gyno. This is why its important to make sure you get a very good doctor that knows what they are doing. With both ways there is a possibility of gyno returning altho it may be small.
