Lol.. Completely agree. We need to do a GW sticky so people can read the info pertaining to those studies. Shit you can get cancer doing everything today. Too much hair spray and gel will give you cancer.

exactly... you could literally wake up on the wrong side of the bed and there would be a study about it that it caused something... seriously... that's the point its gotten to...
 
Im finishing a 20 week cycle of test500/eq800 in the beginning my hemoglobin jumped to 18 and the doc wanted it at 14 so I donated every month for 3 months and got it down to 14.3. when I got it down I was playing with the test dosage and I dropped it to 350 and from then I only had to go every other month to keep it around 14.

I hopped my test back up to 500 4 weeks ago and boom hemoglobin jumped back up to 16. Which is a little high.

I say go every 2 weeks and I was on Robo eq. The nurses loved my veins.

That is a fast marathon. I struggle to do 7.5 minute miles for an hour. Good luck with the eq. Like I said, its not a bad cycle but would not be my first choice for a runner or any Endurance athlete. I definitely think that the test is too high but let us know. Maybe you are not prone to water retention. Ive always felt that for pure endurance, 150mg of test is the point of diminishing returns.

Thanks its not a bad marathon time. My easy training pace is around 7 min miles, i could hold that pace all day long.

Its great to meet someone that actually thinks 150mg test is acceptable for endurance guys. My first cycle last year i planned on running 150mg per week and i got blasted by guys on the Evo forum telling me it was a waste of time! 150mg is barely a trt dose etc... They advised me to run 400mg minimum or my cycle would be a waste of time. I ended up running 300mg per week and i did have good results but i gained around 6lbs of water. Even with this extra weight i PR'd at every race distance. The Test im using now is Norma 1ml/250mg amps and i don't want to waste any so thought i would just run the whole 250mg and take 12.5mg Aromasin EOD and see how that goes.

I don't know any other endurance guys (runners or cyclist) that use gear so i'm learning myself by trial and error, seeing what works for me and what dont. Ill think about dropping the test dose then but i'm really interested in seeing what the EQ does endurance wise as i have no idea what to expect with it. ill get blood work done regularly and record how everything is going.

A sticky for GW is good idea! To be honest everything i have read about GW has been pretty negative, with the cancer thing always being brought up so it would be interesting to see and read real life guys with real life results and positive case studies. I totally understand what you guys are saying about GW. Apparently you can get brain cancer from using your mobile phone.. lol
 
Well. My best advice for you is not to take advice from anyone that does not have real experience with Endurance. To tell a pure endurance guy to take 400mg of test is fucking bananas. All you need from the test is recovery and a little bump in RBCs. Think about the extra 6lbs. Sure, you ran faster, were likely more aggressive so you pushed harder in your workouts but 6lbs for an elite runner is a lot of weight. Adding that much water weight can mess up your joints in the long run. They are wet and lubed up while on the test but over time, once off cycle, it could cause problems. You are at an elite level with your running and clearly have talent. If you run your cycles properly, like the top guys do, you will shock yourself at your progress. Once again, dont take advice from body builders. You already are more than likely a better runner than they are body builders.

Just stick around here and learn as much as you can. I'm a little surprised that everything you've read about GW has been negative considering there isn't one negative thing I have ever seen happen to a human that has taken actual legit real GW. Not ONE! Just check out all the logs we have where people have ran it, and you'll see for yourself just how great and effective it is.

Every once in a while that old flawed rat study is brought up, which we have to explain just how and why it is not a reliable piece of information.

Nothing wrong with checking things out and learning. There's plenty to learn here, and you are in the right place for the BEST information anywhere

Hey man thanks! I really appreciate your advice. Yes i was way more aggressive and i felt really powerful when running 300mg Test and i was VERY surprised with the results i got. I was running 100+ miles a week and gaining muscle. I have only been running for a few years and a number of people have said to me that i have talent and born ability and i should seek out a professional coach. Maybe i have good genetics or something, who knows! I just run for the love of running and the faster i get the more i enjoy competing, its addictive!!

I was concerned with the water weight at first but when it never slowed me down i thought what the heck!. I now know if i was 6lbs lighter all my times last year would of been better/faster so my goal is to keep the water weight down this time round. So after my next shot on Monday (already loaded in the syringe) im going to drop the test to 150mg but i might consider pushing the EQ up? as Hipo gave me a free vial of EQ. I don't know how the top guys run there cycles so i'm just guessing and seeing what works and of course learning off guys like you. Thanks again.

You could try pushing up the EQ but before I did that, I would get the bloods that you are talking about. Make sure that they test your Iron. If you don't have enough of that, EQ won't do a thing for your RBCs. I've seen athletes try to up their hematocrit for months with no success. Thinking that the medicine was bad. Then they take an over the counter iron tablet every 3 days and within 2 weeks they are 5 points up.

thats what its all about bro... you won't fine anywhere that compares to the type of learning and care that you will encounter here...

iwannagofaster and rick have both given you very strong advice... i have been a LONG time endurance athlete as well so i can always help tremendously in this regard... the thing about GW that is so intriguing to people who base things around endurance is the continuous expansion of vo2max... clearly that is the key to successful endurance athletics and this is a continual expansion with capabilities that would never be otherwise possible... the abilities that you will have with use are unreal and they continue to grow throughout... i assure you, nothing compares to what you will get with it...

i have always been an endurance athlete bro... yes, im all about the muscle building side but the key here is to be multi faceted... you should have all sides of the map covered and that's what i do!

your going to find that nothing can increase vo2max like GW, especially with the consistency it continues to do so during a cycle...
 
I would like to add some muscle and strength as well. I was always more into lifting weights and the bodybuilding side of things. I ran a Anabol only cycle around 15 years ago when i served in the armed forces but after an accident and gaining a lot of weight/fat i started running to lose it and this is when i found out i was a decent runner!

Over the last few years and in particularly the last 18 months alone my endurance has grew hugely! and i know i have still got a load of improvement to come.. It would be great to know how the endurance running pros and elite guys run there cycles.

I've been interested in HGH lately as well but truth is... i dont know enough about it to feel safe using it.

there's really no need for you to use hgh bro... not really conducive whatsoever nor needed for what your doing... if anything, mk677 would be a far better alternative for you.. a fraction of the cost, none of the side effect worries and many of the same positives... its the next best thing to actual hgh... a combination of GW-501516 and SR9009 is exactly what your wanting along with adding s4 which will add a lot of lean muscle, strength, endurance etc... and i can show you exactly how to run it along with mk677...


1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

This thread has been super informative and has peeked my interest I to am currently in the endurance field with some other aspects involved that require lugging around a heavy pack but I'm going to do 150week test E , 500 EQweek also through all the reading on this forum I decided to purchase the gw from sarmx I currently run a 2mile in 12:50 and 5 miles in 33 mins super interested to see if it boosts performance

HGH is certainly mentioned and talked about a lot in the endurance world, more so with cyclists from what i have seen and from watching the Lance Armstrong film!
Although i remember seeing a list of banned athletes for doping and there was plenty of top runners caught using HGH to.

I love to run! the more miles the better i feel. The Test certainly takes it up to the next level though. The super fast recovery is awesome! I dont know what to expect from the EQ though so i'm looking forward to seeing what it does. What do you think i can expect from the EQ with my running times, for example will the EQ help me run a half marathon 1 minute faster than i would of with out it? What kind of time differences do you see with your cycling times. Thanks dude.
