Ok that's cool thanks for the advice Dylan. And I know that you don't get ripped from them there not magic. My diet is very clean and i train very hard, Ive worked my ass off to get from 26% bf down to 11% but i cant break into single figures thats why i was looking to try primo as ive heard if your already ripped and would like to go to the next level and get even more shredded primo is the way to go. So I was just lookin for some advice/wisdom from others I wasn't looking to get roasted for asking a few questions. I know I've never used them and have no experience with them but I'm not stupid enough to think oh if I take some of these I'll turn into frickin Ronnie Coleman and be ripped or anything like that. I know the discipline and sacrifices needed to get good results, I know how to eat and train but I've pretty much peaked as I can't get into single figures no matter what I try that's why I'm asking about primo that's all dude.. don't mean to offend anyone or anythin but just stating that's why I was asking about primo basically from what I've been told

i think your misinterpreting... your not getting roasted... you have to understand how often people come in here thinking steroids are magic and when you say you want to get ripped from it, its the way you convey the message... its sounds a certain way... so my apology for the misinterpretation... i want you to ask as many questions as you need help with...

understand that primo needs to be ran with test... its also not a good option for a first cycle.. you have not been given the most accurate information either... now, primo is MY FAVORITE steroid with good reason... the gains are as clean as they come, its extremely mild on side effects and it just makes you feel damn good... its VERY gradual though and its very lean muscle gains but dont expect it to drop you 5% body fat brother... im just being realistic... it will DEFINITELY clean things up and you may lose a few percents on the body fat but 5% is a lot and it takes a heavy dedication to cardio, diet etc. to get into the lower digits, not just a good steroid...

NOW, there are definitely ways to drop this body fat and still hold and build muscle... i can definitely help with that... that's why I gave the sarms stack for you... then after you complete it, get your body fat down to where you want it and get towards your goals, you can go for further enhancement with anabolics and sarms etc... there's a good way to go about this and im trying to help you on that path
 
To be honest the misinterpretation isn't your fault dude, I think partially my fault because of the way I put across what I wanted and I understand you and the guys might have taken it a different way than what I meant. So no need to apologise dude 👍 But look we'll put that behind us now no hard feelings. I know your looking to give me the best help possible and that is why I joined this forum because I've seen your videos and your knowledge base is unbelievable. And yea I know it does take alot of dedication to drop the bf% and trust me I know I have it I was weighing nearly 220 pounds just over a year ago before my transformation started. So now I'm down to 11% bf and one of my goals was to hit 9% and I'm only 2% off but no matter how much cardio or weights I do and no matter how much I change my diet around the last 2% won't come off hence the reason I ended up on this forum.. I'm looking for help from the best and that's why I'm here guys.

So everyone reckons stay away from primo for a 1st cycle and run a SARMS stack instead.?

you can definitely run primo on a second cycle but not a 1st... heres what i would do brother... i would run a sarms stack first... get your body fat even below where your aiming... THEN we start your first anabolic cycle of just test and perhaps a few sarms... get through it, then run a sarms bridge, then we move on to your second cycle and we just continue to move forward from there... set new goals, conquer and move to the next, etc... this is not only the smartest but safest and most effective all in one method of obtaining these goals... i try to extend lives, give you the best quality of life while still surpassing goals... its all in one... you do this with precision... no reckless behavior, etc... it can be done perfectly but this needs to be followed... i GUARANTEE you can get to your goals and crush them... im more than sure... its on you as i said earlier with your diet and training but i can help guide you through...

its not that we are annoyedif you hang around long enuff you will see it is asked about 100 times a day mostly by 19 year olds about why they cant gain weight or get ripped or wanna run oral cycles only. we arent roasting you brother at all we just are passionate about people being safe and that is not what you will get on any other forum for sure they will tell you go ahead and they can sell you more and dont give 2 fucks about how it fucks you up internally emotionally and physically. thats all
 
Hey guys I'm looking to shred and I want to use primo. At the moment I'm currently 11% bf so I asked a few guys I know and they all recommend primo from both previous experience and from researching it. I'm just a little bit confused with the doseage because they all said to me to run it from the 400-600 MG a week range but the guy who I'm getting it off sells it in 10ML bottles. Alot of people i know use this guy and his stuff is always good quality and none faked that I'm aware of.. but what way does it work with the mg to ml's.? So if I want to run 500mg a week how many bottles will I need to get.? And what way should I space out my dosing.??
Any advice would be appreciated as I'm new to this

bro it does not matter if the salesman sells it in 1 gallon bottles.That is irrelevant.You need to know the mgs/ml. It probably is 100mg/ml or 200mg/ml. The dose is usually well over 500...maybe 800, so it is expensive to run 800mgs for 20 weeks right? Plus it ain't going to do anything for you until you have more cycles under your belt, not your first cycles.AND it will never ever just rip you up...that is BS. Don't you think if it did there would not be any lard asses walking the street?
You will get top notch advice here with YOUR heath and goals in mind.We do not bullshit, and most guys here have many cycles and years under the belt.
Learn this now and never forget it.NO matter what you run you will need test to go along with it.
Read this little post ..I made it just for guys like you. I don't just want to tell you not to run primo alone, but I want you to understand why.

Ya man. I would defnitely stay away from the primo and run the sarms stack. It's defnitely going to be your best bet to help you get into single digits. I don't know why you are having such a hard time getting below 11% either. Obviously your diet still needs some work on it. I recommend checking out my diet thread, which will help put you in a good position for a proper diet plan
