Whats up guys I was just wondering can you donate blood while on cycle? I've been on a test only cycle 400mg for a week and wanted donate blood to keep my RBC in check.

Absolutely. I donate every 8 weeks no matter if it lands on cycle or off.

They take 1 pint which is less than 10% of your blood supply. By the time a recipient receives it taking into account half lives as well as it being diluted into their own blood supply thete is zero risk to them or even anything that will alter their hormonal state in a noticeable way
