Didn't see much of a difference either way. I was taking GW and S4. GW helped for endurance and rebuild like crazy. S4 cut me down a bit but nothing crazy
I loved how much endurance GW gave me. S4 was good but doesn't get you all super big or anything. Make sure you're showering after each workout because you sweat like a complete maniac and it started to give me red spots around the waist band area. I think it's just because you're sweating more than normal
you only need to take it with food if you get an upset stomach when taking on an empty stomach... rarely does it happen but sometimes the gain alcohol suspension can turn some stomachs but its very rare... food has always been the answer...
