Nothing better when you cook your food for the day, do something a little different and your macros are on point. I have bbq chicken, a nice chicken bowl with red beans n rice, cottage cheese, greek yogurt ,cereal w almond milk and a bananna. Oh 1 protein shake. I'm a couple hundred cals under but I'm on point at 50/35/15. I actually have my fat at 14 right now... today will be a good day.
 
Good job, dude. I prep all my stuff on a digital scale the day before and have it ready to go. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail ;).

I agree...I prep the morning of, I just went in a different direction and was stoked everything is on point. Diet is key
 
Don't get it too low man, you can get joint issues from dehydration...I would keep the carbs down before the fat.
