Nothing better when you cook your food for the day, do something a little different and your macros are on point. I have bbq chicken, a nice chicken bowl with red beans n rice, cottage cheese, greek yogurt ,cereal w almond milk and a bananna. Oh 1 protein shake. I'm a couple hundred cals under but I'm on point at 50/35/15. I actually have my fat at 14 right now... today will be a good day.
