First i just wanna say your videos help me so much and i learn something new each time i watch them. Keep posting them. But i am stick on what supplements i want to take. Im 5'7 175lbs 15%-20%bf. As of right now im doing cardio only to get my weight down to 160-165. Once i get down to that weight i would love to weight lift and just focus on building muscle while eating on a low cal, low carb diet.
Diet consists of right now:
Breakfast - granola bar
Lunch - protein only
Dinner - protein, green veggie, baked potato
Cardio is running on treadmill for 30min. Always get 3 miles in some times 3.25 miles and run 6 days/wk
But ive always been a bigger guy. Wide shoulders, wide chest with a little mass. What i want is definition. Now i know by adding mass i can get definition but i would like to add definition with some strength and the scale not getting above 175-180. Woukd love to be cut like urself but i knkw thats a lot of genetics. So since u know a little about my background here are some of my question
(And i know a lot about the side effects)
And my diet will stay the same while on cycle
1) what AAS do u recommend, i was thinking winstrol at a low dose while running little with more lifting.
2) what pct do u recommend after winstrol use
3) can i use clen+winny at the same time. Just curious
And like u said im not going to jump right into it, workout till u hit that wall then use it but i want the definition badly. Please respond i would love to hear from u. Thanks for your time
