Im sihle 20 years old i'm a very hard gainer. Ive been hitting the gym for almost a year and haven't seen much result i saw your video on the internet im interested in D-bol although im worried about the water retention side effects could you please explain it to me and how i can best overcome it. And it it good to start with 3 pills per day? And how long do you have to take d-bol for? And will you loose gains when you stop after a cycle. Thank you have a good day

okay bro, just stop... a year??? seriously? you need so many years of training before you even consider steroid use, not to mention your only 20 years old... NOONE is going to advise you any sort of steroid use... dbol only cycles are HORRIBLE as it is... you have many years of natural growing etc. ahead of you.. you have more than no business even discussing steroid use... later on sarms will be an option but your problem is you clearly just dont know what your doing as a combination of diet and training... perhaps post your stats... age/height/weight/body fat? goals? what you daily diet looks like... what your training looks like

Brother, training for a year is nothing, especially at your age. How can you say you are a hard gainer when you've only trained a year? I don't ever buy the hard gainer thing. Everyone is a hard gainer. Gains don't ever come easy. You need to stay away from Dbol or any steroid and get your diet right first. I guarantee that's the root of your problems. Start here and give this thread a read

I know a few people that are "easy gainers"...I mean if you eat a cake, couple pies,candy,and drink a shit ton if soda....lol...not the gains you want. Dylan and RR are right bro, your so young.

People are "hard gainers" because they lack nutrition and a fucking backbone to move some heavy fucking weight.
You've also only been at it for a year man. Your a small seedling in a forest of trees. You just gotta keep at it and you will grow. Come back in 5 years.

You shouldn't be messing with sarms, steroids, prohormones, any of that till you get at least another year or 2 under your belt.

There are two main stages of dramatic gains in your time lifting .your first year lifting and your first cycle time those right and youll have an awsome physique. If you do your first cycle while your still getting your newbie gains you just fucked yourself bro
