Hello all, new to this forum so i figured id keep you updated for those who would like to follow along with my cycle.

me: 5'8 190, in the range of 10% bodyfat

Just came off of a slow 3 month cut for summer and am starting a 24 week cycle to bulk before my next show.

cycle:

week 1-4: 40 mg of dbol (10 morning, 10 mid day, 20 pre workout)
week 1-12: 750mg of test E
week 1-12: 300 mg of deca
week 13-24: 1000mg of test and most likely 200-300mg of eq depending how i feel.

started a week and a half ago, up about 8 lbs.

My diet is very low carb, no more than 75-100, high fat high protein. roughly 300g of protein minimum.

Following diet/cycle from the coach so should be interesting.

training is mainly based on feel, i typically stick to low volume heavy weight and hit each part once a week except for back.

dbol pumps/fullness kicked in about 5 days after first dose. first time trying that.

so far so good. the dbol has been ridiculous as far as pumps/strength go.

I cannot truly attest to the effects of the deca/test because its still early and will have to wait till the dbol is out of my system.
As far as my weight, im up about 16 pounds so far, same bodyfat for the most part.

I am not training for strength but my bench is up about 30 lbs, squat 50, seated military press is up considerably as well.

noticing size improvements especially this week. delts/traps/legs mostly.

Overall its going better than expected, the increased vascularity and "pump" look all day from dbol is euphoric!

Whoa! That's a huge fuckin cycle for someone your age bro. Be careful Boss! This seems a lil wreckless. 750 to 1000mg test? 24 week cycle? Normally I don't give guys your age heat for AAS use- I understand, but FUCK dude that's way too big of a cycle
 
oh believe me I said the same thing. its going to ride me right into a 10 week cut into a show most likely depending on the last few weeks of the bulk.

Rest assured I am doing it under the supervision of a seasoned coach and doctor/blood work as well.

in the end, test is test, our body produces it. Ive always been told to keep test high and other stuff low, so far i feel great, no sides, strength through the roof, fullness at its best, and im noticing roundness to the muscle even this early.
 
Update:

Dbol was finished last week, thought i would lose the "all day pumped look" but turned out to be not true. The real gear mustve kicked in a lot faster with the higher dosage.

Strength is continuing to climb, noticing about a pound-pound and a half weight gain per week, abs are still same as when i started.

First week ive experienced slight nipple itchiness but died down after a couple days so i didnt change my AI dosage.

If yall are wondering my split here it goes (usually changes every two weeks), but this week:

Sunday: back
Monday: shoulders
Tuesday: biceps
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: triceps
Friday: off
Saturday: chest

Yes i do split arms, mainly because they lag the most, and my legs/back are my strong points.

If anybody has any questions about anything such as how i feel/strength/libido/estrogen/pumps/size just lemme know!
 
update: now about 5 weeks in and have some great changes here:

1. Still somehow got the girlfriend pregnant while on cycle, but hey shit happens.
2. Strength is continually increasing quickly, I have added another day of rest into my split (so hitting each part about once evert 8 days or so)
3. Weight is slowly climbing about .5lb a week after some of the dbol water retention has been lost.
4. Leaning out as well since i am keeping cardio in.
5. The dbol back pumps are finally done with (thank god), for all wondering if they should use, stay away from it if you love leg training. I found that it was very difficult to train with the back pumps about 15min into the leg workout. Its extremely potent, makes your sex drive on super speed, and strength/pumps in gym are ridiculous.
6. Test has definitely taken close to full effect now as my vascularity has been more prevalent and pumps are near the same as when i was using the dbol..
7. I dont know if i am feeling anything with the deca yet, but im not using a ton of it. No joint relief (minor joint pain in elbows occasionally). but ive heard it takes a little longer than test to really get the full potential.
8. Did have a minor pec strain, (nothing to do with heavy weight, just an old injury) so Ive been giving myself sometimes 8-10 days between chest but still getting stronger each week.
9. Lastly, as far as fullness, I notice it most in my arms/traps throughout the day that i normally would not have.

easier to stick to leg presses and movements that minimize lower back on leg training
smith squats (still tough on the lower back but try anyway)
maybe some hack squats
leg extensions
