This is my first cycle so any and all suggestions would be appreciated. I am in my mid twenties, 180 lbs with 11% bodyfat, and have been working out for 7 years on and off because of injuries. Have been involved in sports my whole life and would like to get back in to playing, football being the sport of choice. I am looking to add mass and train for sport with speed, agility and position specific training. I am also recovering from hip surgery about 5 months ago as this has a bearing on some of the selections in the cycle. Through the research over the past year on this topic here's what i've come up with:

12 week cycle
Test Cyp 500 mg/week
LGD-4033 10 mg/ED
MK-677 25 mg/ED
Aromasin 12.5 EOD
HCGenerate weeks 11/12

PCT
HCGenerate weeks 13/14
MK-2866 25mg/day- 4 weeks
GW501516 20 mg/day- 4 weeks
Clomid 50/50/25/25 ED
Nolva 40/20/20/20 ED
Aromasin 12.5/12.5/7.5/7.5 EOD

Honestly man, I would take care of your recovery first, maybe try a SARMs stack to help. After you are recovered then run a cycle. Im sure others will chime in with some other good ideas. Best of luck with your recovery.
 
Perhaps if you could provide some more details on where you are with your recovery, that would help. Being limited in range of motion or exercise selection, pain, etc is way different than say, not being able to squat 500lbs for reps.
 
Its hard to say with this one man.. How is your recovery so far? Me personally would probably go with a sarms stack to help aid in recovery, but I need more info before I tell you what I would do for sure. I would have Ostarine on the front end thought along with MK-677
 
Personally, I would advise you to go with the SARMS only to begin with. You will save money on such a serious PCT and ancillaries, and will avoid many potential problems. Believe me, if you have never cycled anything before, with SARMS alone you will get hella good results. Besides, you are looking for pure athletic performance, so you don't need the mass you will get with testosterone. Also, since you are having hip problems, add Ostarine to the cycle - it will be inmensely beneficial for your recovery. This is how the perfect cycle for your needs would look like :

Weeks 1-12
Cardarine GW-501516 - 12.5 mgs ED (enhanced cardio, endurance, and recovery with fat loss)
Ostarine MK-2866 - 25 mgs ED (better recovery, and recovery from injuries, a bit of additional lean mass)
Nutrobal MK-677 - 25 mgs ED (even more enhanced injury recovery, as well as benefits usually seen with HGH)
Andarine S4 - 50 mgs ED (it will not give mass, or recovery from injuries, but it will definitely give a very noticeable increase in pure strength)

You PCT would be just fine with the exception of aromasin.
 
I agree with the others. I would definitely go with a sarms stack first, and stay away from the AAS right now, especially with you needing some healing. That's where the sarms can really help you. Here is a stack I think you can truly benefit from for gaining lean mass, strength, endurance, fat loss, and real healing benefits

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Hey brother... welcome to isarms... I want to really help you out here because i really admire you taking control of things and wanting to get back to what you do best... you really need to take this one step at a time and the right way... we need to get you healed and recovered first so your getting what your supposed to out of an anabolic cycle and also so you don't reinjure yourself... please drop the hcgenerate from any cycle you plan on running... save your money and don't waste it on something you truly don't need whatsoever... here's the layout i would go with... not only will you get rapid healing but also get a HUGE boost in performance enhancement... here's the layout...

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Hey bro. Read this a few times and I'm going with Dylan's layout here. You want to be as close to 100% for when you jump on aas. The healing properties of the stack that Dylan laid out is beautiful. I would suggest doing 12 weeks of that, pct, then moving forward with another cycle and adding test.

definitely follow the protocol i gave you bro... its perfect for your situation and you do not want to go any other route at this point...
