If I am done with my pct and my blood check up came back that everything is on point can I start cutting the matter of fact I dont want to risk losing those gains that i worked hard for on cycle
 
Eat clean around maintenance and do some cardio nothing crazy keep lifting with intensity. This will cause you too get leaner but I wouldn't go into a steep deficit off cycle your gonna loose muscle

And guys this cutting / bulking shit for dudes that don't compete is nonsense . you should be eating shot too the point of fat gain on cycle in the name of growing your just getting sloppy while on cycle if your diet is clean just over maintenance and nutrient timing is right muscle growth without fat gain will lean you out . you should always be going for a bigger leaner physique at the same times

Agreed completely with all of this. I'll never understand those that go to extremes either way on surpluses or defecits. There's no excuse for anybody that takes this lifestyle seriously to not stay in respectable shape and condition year round

If you are done with pct, a slight defecit is fine, but I don't recommend going over 300-500 calories below maintenance per day

I am going to cut my cals 500 below maintenance is it safe in your opinion and ofc I will make sure to get at least 2g of protein per pound and I am going to throw in some clen and aspirin

Bump both Rick and Gymjunkie, nutrition shouldn't change by much. What are there guys "cutting" for?

OP, you don't just "throw in" clen. Going catabolic comes from extreme diet swing, see Gymjunkies post.

Clean is used for elite athletes right before a show.
