How did this thread go from BGS to proform?

The thread was created by ninthwonder and he and I rep a different brand now. We started here with Proform and added BGS later. We've since gone away from BGS and leaning more on Proform again. BGS is still around but he is staying on the private forums for now. He needed a break from the public forums.
