Hey Dylan,

huge fan of your videos, you're very knowledgeable and seem like you actually care.
I was hoping you can help me with some advice,

Ill try to keep as short as i can not to take too much of your time.

I've been training on and off for multiple years and for about 6 months ive been taking it very seriously and made some great gains, but a couple months ago i started work as a bike courier, this means im cycling for about 4-5 hours a day at moderate intensity intermittently. unfortunately ive lost a lot of muscle and definition. Whatever i try i still keep losing gains, cant even keep definition as i seem to be gaining bodyfat.
How can i keep working without going backwards in terms of bodybuilding.

I was thinking of using albuterol but your latest video on it made me think it might not be the best option, at least by itself. I am happy to jump on something as ive been flirting with the idea for quite some time but not too sure whats the best, id like to be as lean as possible and dont care too much for any more size which im happy with.

natural test 985? grats man lol thats a pretty stacked test level for 26. not everyone is that fortunate. so if you are doing alot of cycling and losing muscle, you are not eating enough calories to sustain your bodyweight. and you definitely need more protein. that is why your body is catabolizing your muscle mass, in order to get the proper amino acids it needs it is forced to eat your own muscle since you are not getting enough from your diet. you need more protein, but more calories in general. more carbs and fats too. how many calories are you eating per day? do you know? you need to start tracking your diet if you arent already. do you know your macros? another reason for muscle loss and fat gain could be from Stress. stress increases cortisol levels which can cause that.
 
albuterol for what reason? to help you cycle? Cardarine is a better option for cycle endurance and increases VO2 max over time
 
Sounds like you may not be eating enough if you're gaining BF while cycling like that. GW would be a good option. Steroids are definitely NOT recommended. Your body may want to store energy if you're exercising and not eating enough. Do you still have time to lift weights? How much are you eating?
