Day 21 weight 218lbs
Post CT dosed after breakfast.
Nutrition- weight is slowly and consistently dropping so staying with same plan.
Workout- today is shoulders biceps and abs. Will be going light today cause I have some soreness in my left bicep and front delt.
Warm up was joint rotations and arc trainer for 10 mins
1) internal and external rotations- 3 sets of 20 reps

Day 22 weight 217.8lbs
Post CT- dosed after breakfast.
Nutrition- deficit will remain at 300 calories. Took skinfold measurements and abs-10mm,quad-4mm,chest-4mm. No change to skin fold measurements. Will do next measurement on last day of post CT.
Workout- today is chest, triceps and calves. Will post complete workout once completed. Thank you for reading!
Day 22 workout- after warm up I made a decision to take today off from weight training. My should and chest was still irritated. Did 30 mins on arc trainer.

Workout- today's workout is what I was scheduled to do yesterday chest, triceps and calves. Will post workout once completed.

Overall great workout! Next week I am scheduled to increase frequency for some body parts but may just add more set to existing workouts to prevent and injury! Thank you for reading!

Today I changed up the workout schedule and just did legs and abs. Was scheduled to do back with legs but decided to give the back of shoulder another day rest.
Warm up was joint rotations and 10 mins on arc trainer.
1) adduction and abduction- 3 sets of 20 reps
2) leg extensions-(55lbsx30,70lbbsx30)160lbsx25,190lbsx20,205lbsx12,205lbsx12
3) bar squats-(first time squatting in a few months after tweaking my lower back end of November) 135lbsx15,185lbsx15,225lbsx15

Overall great workout! This week will be a mini deload.
