One of dylan's video he said that if you want to do clean bulk you have to calculate your maintenance and then add 500 - 1000 calories , if i want to bulk up and add a lot of clean size should i go with 1000 calories above maintenance although most of the threads are suggesting to add 500 calories above maintenance so i am bit confused as i dont want to add on fat
 
Actually, many suggest start at a 250 excess, 1k is quite excessive.

I'm running a 250 excess, if you are younger with a higher metabolism, you might go higher

it all depends on what type of bulk you are after... on a recomp, 250 is best ,but a bulk 500 is a great starting point... then you assess... you dont start at the highest point, you assess and see if you need to get that high

Currently i am 500 above maintenance but even though i am eating a lot of food i am still hungry like i cant get full , is it an indicator that i should increase my calories a bit
my body type is meso
 
I get the same way. When I cut, I usually eat around 2200 calories and feel fine. But, when I up my calories and consume more food, I seem hungry all the time. Believe this has something to do with insulin. I would continue to eat at 500 above maintenance and let your weight/body fat % dictate any further changes. If your not gaining weight or bodyfat % after a couple weeks, then up the calories.
 
Everybody is going to be different on this. I know for me personally I like about 500 over, and going less than that I just can't see the gains I need. Some may need more abd some less. It just depends on you, your metabolism, etc

just because your hungry more often does not mean to just keep eating bro... you are just going to build your capacity to eat more and more which is not what you want... stick with what you were advised about keeping it at 500

exactly... LOL i would think most would understand you can't just keep eating... thats not how it works... just because im high doesnt mean i keep eating, you know! LOL it doesnt work that way..
