Being catabolic while on cycle?

Seeing how catabolic you can be while on cycle? Running 500mg a week, aromasin EOD, currently starting week 7. Reason I'm asking is I've definitely put on some fat around the waste I'm only doing cardio twice a week sometimes even once bout 45 min a session. I want to up my cardio to maybe 4 days a week kinda tighten things up a bit and prolly holding water just my weight gain has been crazy.. started at 200lbs and now I'm at 215 216 beginning of week 7. Again just seeing if I will be ok upping my cardio up and not going catabolic.

It comes down to calories in versus calories out bro. Of course you can add cardio without problem. Unless you are in too far of a defecit you won't go catabolic at all. And it sounds like if you are putting on fat you are eating too much or the wrong kinds of foods. Your diet is crucial and probably needs fixed more than anything. People saying you are going to go catabolic doing cardio are talking out their ass. That's one of the biggest broscience things out there that's flat out untrue
 
Water weight. My first cycle was C only. I gained 25lbs and lost 20lbs slowly after. Water.

x2.....no one should ever be catabolic on or off cycle with the proper nutrition and BCAA's. Water weight shouldn't be an issue with the right AI....you can gain a little fat and water weight, hell you have to depending on your goals....but it should never be a "problem"
